- Open plan / hot desk: 50–75 sqft (5–7 m²)
- Cubicle: 75–100 sqft (7–9 m²)
- Private office: 100–150 sqft (9–14 m²)
- Executive office: 150–250 sqft (14–23 m²)
Common area factor (% of workspace):
- Minimal (corridors only): 15–20%
- Standard (kitchen, 1–2 meeting rooms): 25–35%
- Full amenities (lounge, gym, many meeting rooms): 40–50%
