Patio Paver Calculator
Calculate how many pavers you need plus sand and gravel for the base.
Enter patio and paver dimensions for an accurate material list.
Patio Paver Count divides the patio area by the area of a single paver, then adds waste.
Pavers Needed = (Patio Area / Paver Area) × (1 + Waste %)
Base materials are calculated from the patio area and recommended depths:
Gravel Base (4 in / 10 cm deep): Volume = Patio Area × Depth
Sand Bedding (1 in / 2.5 cm deep): Volume = Patio Area × Depth
