Total Cost = (Buy Price × Amount) + Buy Fee
Total Revenue = (Sell Price × Amount) − Sell Fee
Profit/Loss = Total Revenue − Total Cost
ROI = (Profit / Total Cost) × 100
Common exchange fees (2025):
- Coinbase: 0.5–1.5% per trade
- Binance: 0.1% per trade
- Kraken: 0.16–0.26% per trade
- Robinhood: spread-based (no direct fee)
Tax considerations:
