Your Burnout Assessment

Burnout is a state of chronic stress that leads to physical and emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and feelings of ineffectiveness.

This assessment covers the three dimensions of burnout identified by the Maslach Burnout Inventory:

  • Exhaustion — feeling physically and emotionally drained
  • Cynicism — detachment and negativity toward work
  • Inefficacy — feeling unproductive and incompetent

Score interpretation:

  • 10–20: Low burnout risk — good self-care habits
  • 21–30: Mild burnout risk — some areas need attention
  • 31–40: Moderate burnout risk — take preventive action
  • 41–50: High burnout risk — seek support and make changes

Note: This is a self-assessment tool for informational purposes only. It is not a clinical diagnostic tool. If you are experiencing significant distress, please consult a mental health professional.
