This self-check is inspired by the PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire-9), a widely used screening tool. Each question asks how often you have been bothered by a problem over the last 2 weeks.
Scoring:
- Each answer scores 0–3 points
- 0 = Not at all
- 1 = Several days
- 2 = More than half the days
- 3 = Nearly every day
